We recently stayed at a luxury hotel with a rich history and elegant decor. the Grand Hôtel Nord-Pinus in Arles exceeded our expectations. the location was ideal, within walking distance of historical sites and transportation options. the friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the spacious and well-equipped room provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's unique atmosphere and tasteful furnishings created a truly memorable experience. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.

Mamagement was not as friendly as they were on past trips.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel located right on the square in the middle of the historic district. The location was perfect for exploring all of the nearby attractions, and we loved being able to walk to everything. The hotel itself was full of charm and history, with tasteful decor that added to the overall luxurious feel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I stayed in the Grand Hotel Nord-Pinus with my son. It was a real gem, the interior decor was fascinating combination of the past and yet a stylish boutique hotel. The hotel created a feeling of a small, friendly, helpful hotel in the middle of the old city of Arles. The hotel is situated on a charming square full of cafes and restaurants.

Although the breakfast was good however simple, we thought that it was a little expensive.

Staying at the Nord Pinus hotel was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had. It's romantic charm and history makes it a memorable stay. Very clean and well appointed rooms and friendly service. We would like to say a big thank you to our host Christina.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. They also spent a good deal of time helping to improve our French. It was fun and a very pleasant stay.

I loved the atmosphere of a grand hotel in a grand place. It stands at Place Forum and is part of a Roman Forum!

Found difficulty in locating the entrance. Once located, staff were welcoming. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were large, stunning and well equipped.

The absence of safe deposit boxes in the room was inconvenient, as we had to leave our valuables at the reception. We missed having coffee in the room as it would have been a delightful addition to our stay.

Marvelous location only steps from cafes and sites, great air conditioner, easy free wifi, friendly bilingual staff, room ready for early check in. Real queen bed!

We loved staying at this hotel located in the heart of the historical center of this city, allowing us to explore all the historic sites by foot. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff provided great service. Additionally, we appreciated the helpful front desk staff who gave us suggestions for local cafes and the interesting history of the hotel.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

If this hotel is booked, it is critical that detailed direction on how to find it are included. the hotel is located on a street that does not allow cars, and is almost impossible to find. I drove for > 1 hour and could not find it, and went to another hotel to have them call the Nord Pinus, to try and give me soe directions on how to get there. Very disappointing hotel.
